We agree that, in the unlikely event that the person making a booking, is a Public Raffle prize winner, we will give a full deposit refund without penalty - if at least one month before the booking date. That applies even if they choose another property for their prize. Note, this required commitment is actually a marketing opportunity because it frees up the person book now rather than waiting to see if they win.

Sharing the love (optional)

We hope direct bookings and increased margins result from your listing. If you do decide to do this, it is noted with appreciation in your 'Book Now Bonus' panel. This is taken in good faith, there are no contracts or tracking. As well as helping us out, it may add to prospective customers' decision making as it is a feel-good story for them to be part of, knowing their holiday is contributing to charitable causes.

Ranking points explained (optional)

On public pages, the sort order of listed properties is determined by the Ranking Points accrued in the preceding 150 days. If points are equal, the list is sorted is by the date the business registered. The three ways to gain Ranking Points are:

1. Three ranking points are accrued for every ticket sold in your Exclusive Raffle.

2. Direct donations (see Sharing the Love) creates 1 ranking point for every AUD1 donated. Indicative currency conversion rates

3. If the raffle winner selects your property as the prize you automatically receive 1000 bonus points.

The feed is an on-going mechanism to keep people aware of your property. There are two types of posts:

1. General Posts – the same posts that you put on Facebook and other social media channels – e.g. special offers, events, stories, positive reviews and testimonials. Promote yourself!

2. Sustainability Activity - occasionally post items like glass water bottles in rooms rather than plastic, people drinking from paper straws, composting in your garden, a picture of staff picking some plastic from the beach, shampoo bulk squeeze bottles and so on. Show off any environmental decisions you make or support.
